TalentZora provides self-service software tools for CV upload, CV parsing, AI-assisted CV-JD matching, private candidate vault search, shortlist review and export workflows.
2. Not a recruitment agency service
Unless separately agreed in writing and legally reviewed, TalentZora should be treated as a technology platform. Users remain responsible for screening decisions, candidate communication, hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload candidate data, job descriptions and other materials. Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential or unauthorized information.
4. AI output
AI match scores, summaries, fitment reasoning, missing skills and concerns are decision-support outputs only. Users should verify outputs independently and apply professional judgement.
5. Candidate ownership
TalentZora is designed to support recruiter-owned candidate databases. The platform should not be used to claim ownership over third-party candidate relationships.
6. Plans and credits
Plan limits may include users, active JDs, stored CV caps, new uploads, quick match credits, detailed AI report credits, Excel export access and optional public job post limits.
7. Account security
Users must keep login credentials secure and promptly notify TalentZora of suspected unauthorized access.
