Recruitment teams often hold valuable candidate relationships in old CV folders, emails, WhatsApp threads and Excel files. TalentZora is designed to turn that hidden data into searchable talent intelligence while keeping ownership with the recruiter.

The word “Zora” means dawn or new light. The product reflects that idea: a clearer, more organized way for recruiters to rediscover and reuse talent they already worked hard to source.

Current focus

Validate recruiter pain points, understand real workflow, test the AI Vault concept with selected users and refine the offering through feedback.

TalentZora acts as a private productivity layer. Technology supports judgement, but recruiters own the database, the context and the relationship.
